NVQ Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking
On this course, you will strengthen your food preparation and cooking skills. You will learn about food preparation and cooking, general food and beverage services, knife skills, barista skills, patisserie and confectionary skills as well as English and mathematics skills. The programme hosts internal and external competitions and offers you the chance to go on a two-week international visit to Italy, Germany and Turkey. Our course also offers you work experience in a range of catering companies, so you have the opportunity to put your skills to the test.
