A career path tailored to your individual hopes and goals...
School leavers join our two-year programme, combining work experience with study for the Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB).
They then have the opportunity to progress towards the full ACA qualification and becoming a chartered accountant.
We also provide the opportunity to study for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification over a two-year programme, and where appropriate the possibility of AAT fast track training to ACA.
As a trainee you make the decision to build your career with us, maybe choosing to specialise in one of our particular service areas, or taking a secondment with a member firm in our international network.
Your career path is tailored to your individual hopes and goals.

What our people say...
First year CFAB trainee
You are each assigned to an appraisal manager that you will meet with regularly to discuss targets and areas for improvement. This will usually be a manager that you work with closely day to day so they really get to know you. As you are part of a team, all of your development is linked to the team’s performance and so you do feel that they really want you to improve and succeed.
I like the exposure I’ve been given. Despite joining as a school leaver I have been allocated my own portfolio of clients. This has helped me focus on my clients and I am responsible for my own workload. Working on the same clients year on year and being involved in the whole process has helped me technically.
