We are a Marketplace plus SaaS product which gives both GP’s and Practice Managers the tools to interact and transact like never before. Having just closed our series B and made our first acquisition in the last 2 months, We’re looking for an ambitious, focused and truly talented key hire to join us and continue to find great talent to help us disrupt the NHS. 

Main Goals: 

  • Own, control and grow the supply base for each strategic target geography
  • Engage and inspire GPs from sign-up to booking first job
  • Work to existing (and develop new) processes ensuring high Clinical Governance standards 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, excite and generate business from GPs when managing the process from sign-up to Booking First Job
  • Rapidly develop relationships with GP users
  • Upskill on Clinical Governance requirements, checking documents and approving / unapproving as required
  • Work with Product team to streamline the ‘GP experience’ on app and website and simplify automated communications
  • Own, report on and use data to track progress against KPIs
  • Know your area, it’s local health economies and how to use this to generate business
  • Ensure smooth transition of GPs to Engagement Manager
  • Support Community team with events to maximise opportunities for, and ease of, approvals
  • Manage CRB submissions and arrange ID checks
  • Work with the Support team on Clinical Governance queries
  • Manage Clinical Governance FAQs, Clinical Governance inbox and complaints with Head of CG
  • Share and offer training of Clinical Governance processes across the Commercial team where needed
