Customer Service (Level 3)
This scheme offers you the chance to progress and take on more responsibility. By the time you’ve completed your apprenticeship you’ll be a trusted professional, ready to manage any customer service queries and progress your career. This 12-18 month programme combines classroom training with practical hands-on experience, with modules designed to teach you everything you’ll need to take customer care to the next level. We’ll guide you to learn and use skills that will support you in a wide range of customer service environments.
