Get a head start

Make the most of your good A-Levels, or equivalent academic achievement, by starting work straight away on one of our School and College leaver programmes in Tax this Autumn. You’ll earn a competitive salary while you study towards a professional qualification. You’ll be part of a team, working on client projects, which means you’ll be learning on the job, building the in-depth business knowledge you’ll need to progress through our business.

What you’d do in Tax

Your knowledge will help high-profile businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients understand complex rules and make informed decisions with significant impacts. You'll also help governments ensure the efficient operation of tax systems, and use your insight to solve long-term problems. You'll be part of a business that's committed to proactively engaging with the tax policy debate and focused on leading views and new ideas.

People and Organisation

You’ll help some of the world’s leading employers make the most of their biggest asset – their people.

The oneGM (Global Mobility) team works closely with global companies to assist in moving their people around the world. Moving assignees globally can be complex and costly for organisations and the oneGM team works with clients to develop strategies for global mobility, tax and social security advice for their mobile employees, and provide the necessary tax compliance services.

At the heart of the oneGM team is our Compliance team who provide personal tax return support to employees who work abroad. From day one you’ll learn how to prepare UK Self Assessment Tax Returns, how the UK tax system interacts with international tax systems and how employers budget and incentivise employees who work abroad. You’ll work with market leading technology, clients and teams.
